  • Trained for and competed in an Ironman Triathlon. Permanent Cosmetic Workshops and Seminars put on hold temporarily during this time.

2001

  • Completed 600 hours of Esthetics Training and passed the California State Boards for Cosmetology and Esthetics.

1999

  • Joined the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional SPCP 1999 – Attended the 9th Annual Convention of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals in New Orleans, Louisiana. Earned 21.5 hours of Continuing Education Credits.

1998

  • Started my basic Permanent Cosmetic Education. Received my certification under the instruction of the director at The American Institute of Permanent Color Technology in Irvine, California. Started my Permanent Cosmetic business located at Anna’s Specialty Salon in San Luis Obispo, California.Started website; www.carolynelliottpermanentcosmetics.com (no longer current).
